JLL is a well-known real estate and investment management firm. They sought to create sophisticated Facilities Management Software to automate Facility Management (FM) operations completely. This would effectively manage all the branches across the globe, as well as centrally track and monitor assets, preventative maintenance, and other facility-related operations through a web-based solution that the individual could access.
Our client needed an all-in-one system to streamline facility operations, including their command-and-control center (CCC). Our facility management software seamlessly integrates space, personnel, assets, and maintenance into a unified platform, providing a comprehensive view of facility operations. Our offering encompasses various facilities management modules, such as Enterprise Asset Management, Inventory Management, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Space Management (the primary module), Helpdesk/Ticketing System, Inspection and Audit Management, e-Permit-to-Work, and more.
CCC operators faced significant challenges in responding to facility alarms. They struggled to identify the root cause of issues, assess whether repairs were necessary, determine warranty status, and decide whether to dispatch a technician or assign the task to local engineering.
Efficiently managing these processes while handling extensive data, including potentially vast reports, manual interventions, and communications, presented a substantial challenge.

JLL partnered with Technoduce to deliver responsive services focused on meeting client needs. The initial step in digitizing compliance and streamlining operations involved the automation of numerous maintenance processes, aimed at saving staff time.
JLL prioritized workforce optimization to drive their strategic initiatives forward. With the implementation of Technoduce's portable work orders, their team achieved heightened responsiveness to real-time issue data, leading to reduced effort and minimized investigation hours. JLL management now enjoys transparent tracking of team performance metrics, including average response times and technician completion rates. In cases of SLA breaches, JLL has the flexibility to tailor escalations for swift stakeholder notifications and issue resolution. Ultimately, JLL's portfolio of KPIs showed significant improvement.
